Feeding The Homeless

The Miss Millie’s shops provide freshly-cooked hot meals every month (free of charge!) to help homeless and disadvantaged people. In Bristol the company provides 40 hot meals every month to the St James Priory Project, a hostel to help homeless and those with drink or drug problems, and 80 meals to the Bristol Cyrenians drop-in facilities which support people with a history of living on the streets and the socially excluded.

The shops in Cardiff provide around 40 hot meals every month to the Huggard Centre, which is operated by Cardiff Action for the Single Homeless to provide access to comfort, companionship, help and advice for homeless people of all ages in the city. The shop in Weston provides around 80 hot meals every month to the North Somerset Young Carers Service, which supports young people aged 5-18 who have to help care for a family member.
