A little bit about us.

Miss Millie’s is a local family business with roots in the industry stretching back to 1965 when Chairman Harry Latham set up KFC in the UK, alongside his partner Ray Allen. Harry then served as the Managing Director of KFC GB in the 1970’s before opening stores in the South West in 1988 under the Miss Millie’s brand.

As Harry and his family were good friends with Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken, he decided to name the new operation after the Colonel’s daughter, Mildred.

Today Miss Millie’s is run by 3 sisters, the daughters of Harry, and has 10 branches across Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare and Cardiff, offering customers the highest quality chicken, cooked in our secret recipe coating.

Our menu has loads of great value meal deals to choose from, as well as favourites such as chicken in a bun, fillet strips and our famous Megabite. At Miss Millie’s we only use quality ingredients. Our fresh chicken is prepared by our staff every day using our secret recipe coating. We also make our own gravy, barbecue beans and coleslaw.

All of our stores are open from 11am until late and we deliver from most of the stores, so you can enjoy the delicious taste of Miss Millie’s just when you want it.
