Miss Millie’s Fried Chicken has its roots in hospitality stretching back to 1965 when Chairman Harry Latham set up KFC in the UK. Harry then opened his own stores in the Southwest of England in 1988 under the Miss Millie’s brand, where we have been hand-breading and serving our Awesome chicken every day since.

Our Miss Millie’s Takeaway store in Brislington Bristol is on the lookout for an Awesome Store Manager to join us!

As a Miss Millie’s Store Manager, you’ll set the pace and bring the energy as you lead your team to success and make every shift Cluckin’ Awesome.

What might you be doing ?

Team leading – Leading and directing your team to achieve success every shift.

Stock Management and cash management

Ensuring our products are prepared Awesomely every time. Maintaining standards of cleanliness and quality control

Coaching and developing your team to their greatest potential as well as ensuring our customers receive the best customer experience.

Front of House – You’ll be the first person our customers meet when they visit our store, it’s up to you to create a fantastic experience for each and every one of them.

Our Front of House team are friendly, welcoming and make our customers feel like they made the right choice to eat with us.

You might also be preparing our delicious Burgers, Wraps, Tenders or Wings – Or perhaps perfecting one of our Awesome dessert offerings ! – No two days are ever quite the same

Back of House – This is where the magic happens, every day you hand bread our Awesome chicken, in our Signature coatings and ensure they are fried to golden perfection!

We team together every day, to allow us to deliver the experience our customers deserve… the very best!

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience of a food service background – Pref Fast Food / Casual Dining
  •  A natural ability to lead your team.
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • A team player
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hunger to achieve and develop others.
  • Willingness to learn

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Working Hours/patterns: Full time 40hrs a week (Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and late nights).
